CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?

Yes, just use our contact form, We’re up for most things, from creating custom SVG files to design for print and web.

WHO ARE BLIND EYE DESIGN?

Blind Eye Design are based in Horbury, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Basically just me, Mark Chambers, a laptop and various other pieces of kit scattered around my house. I work in the print industry and have a graphic/art background.

Shipping

How will my ORDER ship?

All orders are proceesed within 1-2 days, mostly within 1 day.

  • Cards are sent out 1st class Royal Mail.
  • Badges are sent out 2nd Class Royal Mail.

DO you ship internationally?

We are in the process of setting up International postage, in the meantime you could try our eBay store or Etsy Store, we use eBay’s Global shipping program (which is expensive) and Etsy is set up for EU postage.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

The website was created in WordPress and the store uses Woocommerce, the checkout and security is all taken care of with the latest SSL powered by Woocommerce. the whole website is secure not just the checkout, if you notice every page is https with a padlock, if any part were unsecure your browser would warn you… so in other words yes the site is secure.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU TAKE?

The store is powered by Woocommerce, a shopping platform for WordPress. It is extremely safe and offers all major payment methods including Paypal (for ultimate peace of mind).

Returns

FAULTY, LOST AND QUALITY ISSUES?

FAULTY ITEMS

We will simply send out a replacement straight away.

T-Shirts and mugs may need sending back (postage paid) so we can look for any production issues.

LOST ITEMS

  • Cards and Badges, We will send out replacements ASAP 1st Class.
  • Tees and Mugs are usually sent out tracked, We will look into it, no need to worry.

I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY!
